Planning And Development Management Validation Checklist

Following a consultation exercise Derbyshire Dales District Council will be re-introducing a revised updated Local Validation checklist (Part 2 of the Validation Checklist) as per the National requirements. All applications will need to accord with the requirements of the National Validation checklist (Part 1) as well as the requirements of the Local Validation list (Part 2) for a submission to be validated. The requirements will come into effect on the 21st April 2025.
