Application Fees for licences
You can make payment for an application for a licence by calling our payment line - 01629 761166.
Application fees for licences can be accessed here: Fees with Cash Codes 2025 - 2026. the amount you will need to pay and the cash code you will need to quote to the Business Support Services Assistant taking the payment.
Applications cannot be processed until the application fee has been paid.
Licensing Act 2003 - Annual fee for premises licence to sell alcohol/provide licensable activities.
If you wish to pay the annual fee for your premises licence / club premises certificate to sell/supply alcohol you will need to have with you the invoice number and amount due. You can make this payment at your convenience by calling our automated payment line - 01629 761295. You will be asked to enter the details - the invoice number and amount, and then your payment details.
Non-payment of the annual fee for your premises licence can lead to suspension of the licence until the invoice has been paid. If the licence is suspended then you will not be authorised to make any sales of alcohol or provide licensable activities. To do so would be acting illegally.
